APEGA’s Women in the Workplace Report
In 2021, APEGA concluded a research project on the barriers women face in engineering and geoscience workplaces.
The project findings are detailed in the Women in the Workplace: A Shift in Industry Work Culture report, which also provides actionable advice for individuals, leaders, and organizations who are working to break down barriers in the professions.
