Reporting to the Director, Member Engagement & Communications, the Administrative Assistant will write content for the staff intranet, track sponsorship requests, update budget spreadsheets, and oversee the director’s calendar and inbox.
Reporting to the Director, Enforcement, the Administrative Assistant, Discipline is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Director, Enforcement as well as administrative support for the APEGA Discipline Committee and various Discipline Hearing Panels and Case Managers.
The Administrative Assistant, Discipline is also responsible for the coordination of APEGA Discipline Hearings and Discipline Committee. This includes meeting and/or hearings management, records management, tracking and following up on departmental work and project statuses and receiving and addressing internal and external inquires to maintain open lines of communication for the Enforcement Department.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Applications Administrator, the Applications Administrator will provide knowledge and support throughout the application process and will be responsible for processing applications for membership with APEGA.
The Applications Administrator will display a strong commitment to exceptional and timely customer service to applicants during the application process and will oversee the applicant through to membership.
Reporting to the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Manager, the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Coordinator facilitates the successful completion of APEGA's grant projects and APEGA's overall equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. This position will ensure timely delivery of all key project outcomes, coordinate the creation of final reports and documents for publication. This position will support the creation of EDI-focused learning and development modules and presentations.
Other duties include, but are not limited to, preparing metrics reports utilizing statistics, and identifying trends, consult the Women in APEGA Advisory group, research standards, best practices, reports, and scientific studies relevant to the undertaken initiatives, and creating resources such as presentations, training, webinars, and guidelines.
Reporting to the Manager, Office & Facilities Services, the Facilities Administrator contributes to the efficient and professional management of the APEGA office by being the primary contact for APEGA's Meeting Rooms.
This includes being responsible for scheduling and assisting with in-house activities, including booking, set up & take down, catering, cleanliness, A/V needs, registration, etc. The Facilities Administrator will also maintain the meeting rooms and kitchen facilities, ordering supplies, and ensuring organization and adequate inventory, and providing fist-level support for property management inquiries and concerns.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing & Communications Specialist develops and implements APEGA’s marketing and communication activities for internal and external clients to achieve APEGA's strategic and business goals. This involves building relationships and developing marketing and communications plans and programs to maintain and enhance APEGA's reputation and brand as regulator of the professions.
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Member Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the management and administrative duties of the Member Benefits portfolio and the Affinity program.
This includes liaising with external stakeholders, benefit providers, document management, event planning for benefit providers’ lunch and learns, and info sessions, statistics and metrics compilation, contract management, and responding to members’ inquiries received by phone or email.

Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Power Platform developer is responsible for providing technical expertise building and implementing business solutions - toward realizing value through levering tools including, but not limited to, SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Reporting to the Manager, Office and Facilities Services, the Receptionist role provides superior customer service by serving as the first point of contact for all visitors to APEGA's Calgary office. Contributing to the efficient and professional management of APEGA, this position directs or re-directs callers and visitors to ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate service, maintains security documents and protocols, and provides general office administration support. This role provides back up to Edmonton Reception, the Office Services Administrators and Facilities administrator in the Calgary office.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Registration & Mobility Services, the Registration Services & Applications Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Registration Services related program delivery, documents, and functions. This includes, but is not limited to, providing high-quality service and support to applicants through processing “Request for Update” applications, answering emails and phone calls, member applicant follow up and documentation, first tier technical support and assistance with the myAPEGA portal.This position prioritizes Inter Provincial Mobility applications in alignment with Bill-49: Labour Mobility Act, and works on in-depth service related tasks affecting potential and current applicants
Reporting to the Digital Content Strategy Manager, the Web Publisher & Designer is responsible for maintaining APEGA’s online content platforms. This includes reviewing submitted content changes and publishing them, designing and adjusting graphics for websites, and regularly reviewing webpages for opportunities for improvement. This position acts as the subject matter expert for the content management systems and platforms used and uses best practices for delivering content through the internet. This position coordinates with other members of the Communications Department to ensure consistent messaging and experience across multiple platforms and points of contact.
