Application for Membership is Refused
If your application for registration was refused, the following courses of action are available to you:
An application for reconsideration can be submitted to ask that the Board of Examiners (BOE) re-evaulate their decision if you feel that an error was made by the BOE, or that the process leading to the decision was unfair.
If there were qualifications missing from your initial application, you can submit an application for reassessment to re-evaluate the decision made by the Board of Examiners based on your newly submitted documentation.
Request an Appeal
If your application was refused and you feel that it was due to an unfair or unreasonable process, you can request an appeal. Your case will be heard by the Appeals Board in a court-like setting.
