Requesting Updates to Your Application

The following requirements are for applicants who received a decision after January 20, 2017. If you received your decision before January 20, 2017, please contact registration@apega.ca for more information.

When you are ready to submit your updated application to the BOE, you must submit the update within the time period given by the BOE to complete your outstanding requirements

 

To request an update, send the following items to registration@apega.ca:

  • A completed Request for Update application form.
  • Payment of a non-refundable update fee of $225 + GST

  • A letter addressed to the BOE that reviews the reasons for your request, as well as your supporting materials.

  • New or updated information as required in the BOE's decision letter.
    The only items that can be included in your request are:

    • exam assessment updates based on passed exams and equivalent courses that were assigned
    • experience updates after completing exams or courses that were assigned
    • experience updates after gaining experience as required by the BOE
