Communicating with APEGA
APEGA fosters an environment of respect. Our staff members communicate in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, and we expect the same level of professionalism from those we serve.
APEGA staff works remotely and in the office as part of our hybrid work model. We are available by email or phone and are happy to assist you. If you need in-person service, please schedule an appointment in advance to ensure the appropriate staff member is available to help you.
