Webinar | Softening the Force of the Uncertainty Epidemic

16 Jun 2025
Register by June 16, 2025

Managing uncertainty may be the best way to move toward personal and collective wellness, and to enjoy a psychologically safe and healthy workplace.

We will explore the significant force of uncertainty as one of the unseen factors that leads to less personal fulfillment, alters relationships, and has a cascading effect on our world, work, and wellness. When we find certainty, we feel safer in all areas, as fear and biases lessen, and wellness improves for all.

In this session, we'll learn how we can better know ourselves and others by being intentional and exploring some of our automated language choices, which leads to better decisions, resilience, wellness, and behaviors. We will layer in some skills to enhance the word choices we make to communicate with each other and recognize how having trauma-aware communication enhances safety in all our interactions. Once aware, we'll learn to be a force for certainty in the lives of those around us.

Our time together will bring some revealing insights into the experiences and interactions from our past that are likely to impact our today and tomorrow. Together, we will learn how low trust and uncertainty are two sides of the same coin. We will see how strength-based trust building can help us to overcome the uncertainty phenomenon and to enhance our work and personal worlds by using the four steps to soften the force of uncertainty.

Brought to you by the Edmonton Branch, everyone is welcome to attend.
