Guide to Completing Continuing Professional Development Requirements
This guide provides information on how to access and complete the online portion of your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements. Return to the CPD page to learn more about APEGA's revised Continuing Professional Development practice standard and how to stay in compliance.
Instructions
- To access your online CPD requirements, log in to your myAPEGA account.
If you need help logging in to myAPEGA, please email [email protected].
- Select CPD Requirements from the CPD drop-down menu.
- Your online CPD requirements will be displayed along with their due dates.
- The mandatory learning modules can be completed at any time during your CPD period.
- The Personal Annual Competency Evaluation (PACE) plan declaration can only be completed within the last two months of your CPD period. The action button will change from View to Open when this requirement is available. To submit your PACE plan declaration, click on the Open button next to the requirement and follow the steps.
- To complete a mandatory learning module, click the Open LMS button on the left to access the Dashboard in the learning management system (LMS), APEGA’s online education portal.
Note: If this is your first time accessing the LMS, you will need to review and accept the Privacy Policy before you can continue.
- Once in the LMS—APEGA’s online education portal—click on the My Learning tab in the top navigation menu.
- Your assigned learning modules will be listed under the Enrolled subtab.
- Click Launch to access and complete each of your assigned learning modules.
- After you have completed a learning module, it will be listed under Completed Courses and will no longer appear under Enrolled.
- Completed learning modules will also be automatically marked as completed in your myAPEGA account.
