Webinar | Leading Under Pressure: Practical Tools for Stress

26 Nov 2026
Register by November 25

A deadline shifts. Priorities compete. A difficult conversation arrives when your day is already full. How do you respond?

This interactive webinar invites engineers, geoscientists, and other professionals to explore how they respond to workplace pressure and practice a more intentional approach. Rob Jetten and Craig Frehlich will introduce RTJ Wellness’s ABC123 Stressbuster Workshop. Through a realistic workplace scenario and guided reflection, participants will consider how to apply the Acknowledge, Breathe, and Choose approach to communication, competing demands, and everyday decisions.

A brief Magic Number activity will turn attention to the broader day, helping participants examine their 24 hours, recognize existing commitments, and identify opportunities for recovery and personally meaningful priorities. The discussion will also acknowledge pressures that require team or organizational action.

Participants will be invited to identify one realistic next step to try after the session. Designed for professionals with or without formal leadership responsibilities, the webinar combines practical learning, individual reflection and Q&A.

Learning outcomes:

  • Recognize personal signs of pressure and consider how they influence workplace responses
  • Practice applying ABC123 to a challenging workplace situation
  • Use the Magic Number activity to identify one intentional adjustment to daily time allocation
