14 Oct 2026
Register by October 13

This presentation shares Sajith Thoppil Prakasan’s journey to completing IRONMAN Texas while managing a full-time professional career, family commitments, training demands, and recovery. More than a story about endurance sport, the session demonstrates how consistent exercise, balanced nutrition, quality sleep, effective recovery, and disciplined time management can contribute to improved energy, mental resilience, focus, and professional effectiveness. Participants will learn practical approaches for overcoming constraints, managing setbacks, and creating sustainable habits that support both long-term health and career performance.
