Webinar | Transforming Engineers: The Next Generation of Leaders

16 Jun 2026
Register by June 15

In today's dynamic world, the most effective energy executives are and will be those who can fluently speak multiple languages—the language of reservoirs, the language of returns, and the language of raising capital.

This session will cover a broad range of topics, including:
  • how to evaluate projects in a holistic manner;
  • understanding prioritization of projects with regards to the true cost of capital;
  • quantifying and mitigating operational and timeline risk;
  • integrating creative financing structures to unlock value in challenging markets; and
  • bridging the gap between the field, technical teams, and the boardroom to secure capital whilst building investor confidence

A key takeaway from this session will be how technical specialists can expand their financial expertise to transform into agile strategic leaders capable of driving sustainable growth and building oil businesses while navigating market volatility.
