Webinar | Quality Is Not a Final Check

05 May 2026
Register by May 3

Quality in engineering and geoscience is often viewed as a final verification step. In reality, it is the cumulative outcome of decisions made throughout the entire project lifecycle.

This session presents a lifecycle-based perspective on quality, emphasizing early planning, uncertainty management, accountability, and value delivery. Drawing on practical experience across rail infrastructure projects and professional education, the presentation highlights how engineers and geoscientists can proactively embed quality into planning, design, and delivery processes.

The content is applicable across disciplines and reinforces professional responsibility, ethical practice, and protection of the public interest.
