Webinar | Human-Centered Leadership in Engineering

22 Apr 2026
Register by April 21

Leadership in engineering environments is often associated with technical expertise, authority, or position. However, effective leadership emerges through daily behaviors that build trust, clarity, and psychological safety within teams.

This interactive session introduces a human-centered perspective on leadership grounded in The Catalyst Blueprint, a framework developed from lived engineering and project leadership experience. Participants will explore how emotional intelligence, communication, and self-awareness influence decision making, collaboration, and performance in complex technical environments.

Through reflection and discussion, attendees will examine leadership as a practice—something developed through intentional actions rather than titles or traits. The session will provide practical insights that engineers and technical professionals can apply immediately in their teams and organizations.
