Webinar | Dismantling Stigma from the Inside Out
The best way to change a thing is to find out why it exists—then we can see how to dismantle it.
In this candid and thoughtful session, we'll find out not only why stigma develops in society and in self, but also how to dismantle it. By examining these stigmas and moving past them together, we'll all receive the meaningful support we deserve.
This session is part of APEGA's Building Mental Health Together series and will be held through ON24.
