Building Mental Health Together
APEGA invites you to participate in our Building Mental Health Together webinars. This year, the four-part virtual series will take place in October and focus on two topics: strategies to safely engage with social media while being aware of its effects on our lives and the potential real-world applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning for precision mental health.
Featuring different professional mental health researchers and experts, sessions will empower attendees to maintain their own mental health and become mental health champions for themselves and those around them.
You can register for a single session or sign up for all four! These webinars are free of charge and open to everyone, including the public.
