Some of us may have experienced depression and isolation in our own lives, have a family member or a friend experiencing them, or be caring for someone else who has. Join us for a conversation that will explore coping mechanisms, and impart helpful coping skills and tools.

About the speakers
Christine Ellery is a recovery college facilitator with a passion for working to promote mental wellness and accessible community resources and tools. She has five years of experience in the mental health field in crisis intervention, working in information and referral services, and is currently pursuing her peer support certification through Peer Support Canada.
Jeremy Livingston is a recovery facilitator and peer facilitator for the Canadian Mental Health Association Edmonton’s Recovery College. He has studied philosophy at the graduate level and law. He is originally from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and has lived in Edmonton for the past nine years.
