2024 APEGA Council Election Candidates
The 2024 APEGA Council election is fast approaching and is your opportunity to elect new councillors who will influence the future direction of our organization.
This year, two candidates are seeking the president-elect position, and nine candidates are seeking a three-year term on Council.
Tracey Stock, P.Eng., who was voted as president-elect last year, will assume the presidency at the annual general meeting in April.
Election Dates
Voting opens February 5 and closes March 7. Candidate information will be posted on apega.ca in advance of polls opening, and eligible voters will receive an email with instructions on how to vote.
The Candidates
Eligible registrants will cast a vote for APEGA’s president-elect for the 2024/25 term, who will serve as president in 2025/26. The candidate receiving the second-most votes will become the vice-president next year./p>
Voters will also elect four councillors from the nine candidates.
More information about the candidates will be posted on the election section of our website prior to polls opening. Each candidate will provide a statement, their answers to four APEGA questions, their résumé, and a short video introduction to help eligible voters make an informed choice.
