Webinar | Integrity and Expectations: The Project Leader's Service Level Agreement

08 Sep 2026
Register by September 7

When employees trust their leaders, they're up to three times more engaged and 61 per cent more likely to stay. But trust breaks fast when leaders don't follow through.

When leaders align their words with their actions, trust and performance skyrocket. In this engaging session, we'll explore how to lead with integrity by crafting your own, practical Service Level Agreement (SLA). You'll learn how consistency builds trust, trust drives accountability, and accountability fuels high-performing teams. Walk away with actionable tools to sharpen self-awareness, clarify expectations, and lead with clarity, consistency, and character.

Learning objectives:

  • understand how the structure of an SLA is used to drive commitment from participating parties
  • understand how you can use an SLA and expectations to drive your project team's performance
  • learn how your own self-awareness, listening, and adaptations can enhance your leadership approach

This session will be held through ON24.
