Join us for an informative behind-the-scenes tour of Aquatera’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
This exclusive opportunity will provide attendees with firsthand insight into municipal water and wastewater treatment operations, plant processes, regulatory requirements, and the critical infrastructure that supports our community.
Experienced Aquatera treatment operations staff will guide participants through the facility and discuss treatment processes, operational challenges, and industry best practices.
Schedule:
9:00 a.m. – guest arrival, sign-in, and safety orientation at the main administration building
9:15 a.m. – introduction to Aquatera treatment operations and facility overview
9:30 a.m. – guided Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant tour led by Aquatera treatment operations staff
10:45 a.m. – questions and discussion with operations personnel
11:00 a.m. – conclusion of tour followed by light refreshments
Important Notes:
Parking is limited—carpooling is highly recommended.
Participants must arrive with required PPE on before exiting their vehicles and proceed directly to the main administration building to sign in.
Hearing protection is optional. Aquatera can provide foam earplugs for visitors. Certain areas of the facility may experience elevated noise levels depending on plant operating conditions.
PPE required: safety boots with toe protection, safety glasses, hard hat, high-visibility vest or high-visibility clothing.
