This one-hour interactive course will help you rediscover self-compassion and provide some tools to build this skill.

About the presenters
Sarah Pearson is a recovery and peer facilitator for the Canadian Mental Health Association Edmonton's Recovery College and the program coordinator for mental-health education. She is a registered social worker and has 11 years of experience working in addictions and mental health, predominantly within Edmonton's inner-city community, servicing the city's most vulnerable unhoused population.
Christine Ellery is the manager of community education and training at the Canadian Mental Health Association - Edmonton. She brings frontline experience from working on its distress line, 211, and as a facilitator with its Recovery College. She loves creating spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
