About the presenter

Veronique Cantin, P.Eng., is a business owner and consultant who develops control room management (CRM) programs and supports the development and adoption of goals, tools and processes associated with CRM for pipeline operators. She was formerly a control center manager for a major gas pipeline network spreading across Canada, and worked

with a peer group of control center managers and specialists in a network focused on CRM performance improvement across major Canadian pipeline operator participants.
