Register by March 31

Operated by ENFOCOM Cyber, the Cyber Assessment, Training and Experimentation (CATE) Centre is a public-private partnership with the University of Calgary and Raytheon Canada.

Located within the University of Calgary Research Park, the CATE Centre serves as a national hub for cybersecurity capability development, advanced workforce training, and operational readiness. Its mandate includes cyber range operations, adversary emulation, penetration testing and red/blue teaming services, applied research and development (R&D), and innovation in emerging domains such as artificial intelligence-enabled security solutions and post-quantum-resilient cybersecurity.

By integrating cyber education, proven industry expertise, and advanced experimentation, the CATE Centre bridges academia, government, and the private sector to strengthen Canada’s cyber resilience and next-generation cyber capabilities. At its core is a purpose-built Cyber Range designed for operational realism, structured instruction, and measurable skills development.
