Webinar | Claims and Disputes on Construction Projects

21 Oct 2025
Register by October 20

In the engineering and construction industry, contract claims and disputes are common issues. They occur mainly between contractors, engineers, and owners.  Preparation, evaluation, and resolution of the claims can be an adversarial and costly process for all parties.

This short webinar discusses the root causes of claims, the procedures by contractors, owners, and their engineers to prepare and evaluate claims, and methods to quantify damages and resolve claims.

At the end of this short session, participants can be expected to:

  • recognize the most frequently encountered construction claims
  • learn methods for avoiding claims before they happen
  • perform a claim analysis and assessment of contractors’ claims
  • focus on negotiation to resolve claims situations efficiently

This session will be held through Zoom.
