Webinar | How to Support the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act

18 Sep 2025
Register by September 17

Contract claims and disputes are common issues, and occur mainly between contractors, engineers, and owners.  Preparation, evaluation, and resolution of the claims can be an adversarial and costly process for all parties. This short webinar discusses the importance of adapting to working within the new PPCLA and the adjudication regulation procedures applicable to prepare owners, contractors, trade contractors, designers, and engineers to deal with their payment disputes.

At the end of this short session, participants will better understand:
  • How adjudication can support the payment process within the PPCLA
  • The processes and procedures associated with adjudication
  • What it takes to be adjudication ready to settle disputes
  • Advice to users and representatives regarding the adjudication process
  • What matters can be adjudicated
  • The role and responsibilities of ARCANA (AB) Nominating Authority

This session will be held through ON24.
