Court Decision Reconfirms Fairness of APEGA’s Application Process
The Alberta Court of Appeal has dismissed Ladislav Mihaly’s application to appeal a Court of Queen’s Bench ruling from last January that reversed a 2014 Alberta Human Rights Commission tribunal decision against APEGA.
“We’re pleased that this file has been concluded. It reconfirms that APEGA’s application process is fair, equitable, and transparent, and serves the public interest,” said APEGA Registrar Carol Moen, P.Eng.
