Hamlin Grange is a diversity and inclusion strategist with nearly two decades of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them meet the challenges and reap the rewards of a culturally diverse population. He is president and principal consultant of DiversiPro, a diversity consulting firm based in Toronto. As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS), Hamlin believes it is important to understanding the impact of culture on team dynamics and individual interaction. Hamlin has worked with corporations, not-for-profit agencies and governments in Canada, the US, and Europe. He is a well-respected facilitator and trainer with keen insights into board governance, team dynamics, and intercultural competence.
