This session will be presented as an online webinar, and is for Responsible Members and COOs representing APEGA Permit Holders.
APEGA is embarking on a journey to enhance the membership experience and provide exceptional services to its members. We are building a new online portal, and we need to hear from you! Come join us for this highly collaborative and engaging workshop to help us better understand your needs and build the foundation for an outstanding online platform for APEGA's membership.
At this session, we will present the high-level plans for our new member portal. We invite you to share your feedback and insights about your interactions with APEGA and the different services we offer. Consultants from nForm User Experience will facilitate this interactive session by asking questions about current challenges and gaps in services, as well as opportunities to improve members' experiences.
