About the speaker
David has over 40 years of experience in building commissioning. His professional journey began with his training in London, UK, and since then, he has been involved in a wide range of high-profile projects across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia. David has led the commissioning team on numerous notable developments, including the world’s largest newspaper printing for News International in London, UK; Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta; and the New Royal Adelaide Hospital in Adelaide, South Australia.

David's technical expertise has earned him recognition as a fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) in the UK, and he has been a full member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) for over 17 years. He is also an active participant in the ASHRAE committee SSPC 300, which focuses on the technical commissioning process for buildings and systems.
David is committed to advancing the building commissioning process and is highly regarded for his global perspective on the industry. He attributes his extensive knowledge and understanding of both the design and construction processes to the diverse experiences he has gained working on international projects.
