With nearly three decades of global experience spanning entrepreneurship, strategic consulting, and executive roles, Tina specializes in helping leaders and teams unlock peak performance.
Tina is a past graduate of the Avatar Innovation Program and serves as a growth catalyst coach for Mount Royal University, where she provides strategic guidance on leadership and business innovation. Her approach is deeply rooted in neuroscience, particularly in understanding how flow states can enhance focus, creativity, and resilience in high-stakes environments.
With nearly 30 years of diverse experience, Tina has held leadership roles in technology, strategy, and operations across sectors crucial to Alberta’s economy. At IBM, she championed the Innovation Program for Western Canada, developing design thinking and AI-driven frameworks, specifically for the natural resources sector to foster resilience and scalability. Her experience spans coaching, consulting, and executive roles, where she has guided teams through complex challenges with empathy and strategic insight.
