Each year, the APEGA president visits the branches to meet with APEGA volunteers, permit holders, business leaders, and elected officials.
This is an excellent opportunity for President Tracey Stock, KC, P.Eng., PhD, FEC, FGC (Hon.), to hear about our members' work and to provide an update on activities that APEGA has been undertaking in addition to our core regulatory responsibilities.
The health and sustainability of the engineering and geoscience professions affect all members, and self-regulation requires members to be attuned to the evolving states and needs of industry, government, and the public. As a regulator, APEGA touches all three.
