Central Alberta Branch Tour | Border Paving Asphalt Plant

20 Sep 2024
Register by September 18, 2024

Join us for a free tour of the Border Paving Asphalt plant and see how Border mixes sand, gravel, and ooey, gooey, sticky stuff to make asphalt.

The tour should last approximately an hour and will provide an overview of the asphalting process.

Participants should bring steel-toed boots and safety vests. Hard hats, safety glasses, and hearing protection, such as ear plugs, are optional but recommended.

The tour is weather-dependent since the plant does not run in the rain. Please look for a cancellation notice before the tour in the case of inclement weather, in which case another date will be provided.
