Building better boundaries involves learning how to set boundaries, talking to others about your boundaries, and showing others you respect their boundaries. This two-hour presentation will introduce you to what boundaries are, the various types of boundaries, and why they are important, and it will help you practise setting boundaries to help you improve your overall wellness.
This online presentation is aimed at professional adults and students. It is run by two trained facilitators, one with lived experience with a mental illness or substance use disorder.
