The Covid-19 pandemic has caused workplace and career changes that could last long-term. While being enormously disruptive and painful this crisis can be seen as an opportunity to pivot careers, increase personal resiliency and learn coping strategies that will help you propel yourself. Change is always situational, but how we react to it is internal and personal. The “new normal” requires a new mindset.

About the Presenter
Miro Reljic (Rel-ich) is the founder of Reljic Coached and is a business and change coaching expert. He has more than 20 years of business experience, encompassing work with more than 5,000 business professionals and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. He is also a best-selling author of two books and is a keynote speaker. Miro has a passion for helping businesses professionals grow with his own personal experiences gained while living through a civil war and building multiple successful businesses from the ground up.
Miro holds a BA in Economics, 2004, from the University of Calgary and a Diploma in Coaching, 2016, from the University of Cambridge. His coaching practice is accredited by the University of Cambridge and licensed by the International Association of Coaching. For volunteering he was awarded the RBC top 25 Canadian Immigrants Award in 2017 and the Immigrant of Distinction Award for Community Service in 2018.
