Presenter Biography

Claudia Verburgh, CMC, CPHRClaudia Verburgh, CMC, CPHR, is a seasoned career development, leadership development and human resources professional with over 25 years of experience. Claudia’s background includes working with hundreds of individuals and supporting them through their career transitions, helping them to take stock of where they want to go and how to get there. Claudia was previously a Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting, leading their Career Consulting practice where she developed programs and personally coached individuals to achieve their career goals. Currently Claudia’s work focuses on building productive, high engagement workplaces by helping leaders and teams to be their best.
