APEGA Edmonton Branch invites you to participate in their Annual General Meeting and hear Sheldon Hudson, P.Eng., MBA, from the Consulting Engineers of Alberta (CEA), discuss the merits of a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) as compared to a Request For Proposals (RFP) process for professional services. 

About the Presenter

Sheldon Hudson, P.Eng., MBASheldon Hudson, P.Eng., MBA, holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta (1996) as well as an MBA from the Alberta School of Business (2016). Sheldon joined Al-Terra Engineering Ltd. following his graduation in 1996, and is currently the vice president of the company, where he manages the rural transportation group. Sheldon has played an active role in CEA throughout his career, including past chair of the Transportation Committee and past member of Alberta Transportation’s Strategic Priorities Group. Sheldon also sat on the CEA board of directors (2011-2014), and served as the CEA President for the 2012-2013 term.
