We all have the same amount of time in a day, 24 hours. What separates successful, goal achieving professionals from victims of circumstance are the decisions we make every moment on how to leverage the most out of this limited resource. Effective management of time allows us to:

  • Organizing and writing faster more effective emails

Presenter Biography

Adam Czarnecki, CPHRAdam Czarnecki, CPHR, is a Certified Human Resources Professional and a recipient of the HRIA Award of Excellence. He is a member of the Senior Management team of a heavy duty truck dealership group in Alberta where he is responsible for Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Information Technology. Adam is also an HR Instructor at the University of Calgary, Mount Royal University and was the Chair of their Advanced HR Curriculum Committee.  He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Calgary with a concentration in Crime and Deviance.

Adam is an avid contributor to industry webinars, conferences, and expert panel discussions. These panels relate to human resources, trades, and the Alberta employment pool. Adam also contributes as technology columnist for HRIA’s quarterly magazine, HUMANCapital. Adam is an HRIA Member of the Board, and volunteers with various not-for-profits as a speaker on employment, corporate readiness, and as a resume advisor to students.
