This 2.5 hour seminar is on APEGA’s expectations for Permit Holders and Responsible Members. Responsible Members must attend a Permit to Practice seminar within six months of being added as a Responsible Member, and then at least once every five years.
This seminar covers:
- Permit to Practice administration
- How to create and maintain a professional practice management plan
- The roles and responsibilities of a Responsible Member
- APEGA’s discipline and enforcement process
Dale Ozdoba, P.Eng., has been with APEGA since April 2017 in the role of Professional Practice Advisor responsible for Permit Holder practice reviews. As a graduate from the University of Alberta in Chemical Engineering, Dale brings over 24 years of senior leadership and management experience from large industry and government organizations. Dale has worked as a consultant as well across several industry sectors throughout his career. He has a passion for continuous learning and being able to influence the practice of the engineering to ensure high standards are maintained for the profession.
