procedures

1. Choice of Mentoring Pools

Choose one of the following :

• Pool A: (workplace soft skills)

• Pool B: (employment skills for unemployed) ... find out more here

2. toefl score

• You will need to complete an online form that will provide both member number and TOEFL score. As well as sending in a copy of your TOEFL score, prior to registering. Complete the form ... here.

• If you were educated in the United States we do NOT require a TOEFL score. Continue registration procedure below.

3. Payment

• Pool A: $50.00 for the first year and $25.00 for renewal ... pay here.

• Pool B: no cost

4. Registration 

• If required, you have completed the form submitting your TOELF number and have made payment. Now you can register in the Mentoring Program. Start the registration process ... here.

5. Self-Assessment of Soft Skills 

• All proteges will need to complete the self-assessment before they can be matched.

• The self-assessment forms can be found in the Protege page following registration in the program. You will have to login first using the user name and password you created in the registration form.

6.    Mentoring Coordinator will make Manual Matches

• The Mentoring Coordinator will notify registrants of a match and direct you on the next steps.   

7. Completion of Mentoring Contract with Partner  

• Matched registrants will be directed by the Mentoring Coordinator to the online Mentoring Contract.

8. Completion of Goals, Objectives and Action Plans  

• Matched registrants will be then be directed by the Mentoring Coordinator to an online area where you will complete a form with your goals, objectives and action plans.   

 9. Renewal 

• Pool A - $25 for subsequent years ... pay here.
