PERMITS TO PRACTICE (CORPORATE)



The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta is an organization constituted by provincial Statute for the regulation of the practice of engineering and/or geoscience. As steward of the Engineering and Geoscience Professions Act it is the Association's responsibility to register only qualified persons and to control the quality of the professional services that they provide.

Completing Your Forms

Most of the forms below are available in PDF format which allows you to view and fill in your your form electronically on most computers. (The freely available Adobe Acrobat reader is required to view and print PDF files.) Once you have completed the form, print the form page. 

You should now sign the form, enclose any fee that is required and mail or fax the signed form to APEGA.

For your own records you should also print out a copy of any form you send in.

Cancellation

Voluntary Cancellation of Permit to Practice. APEGA requires detailed information prior to canceling or to change the status of a Permit to Practice. Simply stating that the company is “not practicing” is not sufficient.
